WHAT'S YOUR RATE?
Individual sessions (45-55 minutes): $195 - $300
Couple sessions (45-55 minutes): $250 - $350

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I accept some insurance plans from Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Wellfleet, and Magnacare. Once you share your insurance information, you’ll receive a clear explanation of what your financial responsibility will be.

DO YOU OFFER A SLIDING SCALE?
Yes! I have limited spots for sliding scale clients. I believe mental health care should be accessible. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out—we can talk through your financial situation and explore flexible options together.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL SESSIONS IN NEW YORK AND FLORIDA?
Yes! Virtual sessions are available for anyone living in New York or Florida. While I’m based in New York, I’m legally registered as an out-of-state telehealth provider for Florida. This means if you're a Florida resident, we can meet for sessions online through a secure, confidential video platform—just as I do with those in New York.

This registration is part of Florida’s effort to expand access to mental health support by allowing licensed therapists in other states to work with Florida residents remotely.
